Upbuild Coaching Bits: Call on the Creative
“Call on the Creative” is one of the meta-skills of Upbuild coaching. It means accessing and coaching from your creative consciousness so that you may help your clients access and live from their creative consciousness.
Creative consciousness is the highest level of awareness. It is where we are most free, present, and effective because we are most aware of our ego and its controlling tendencies. It is not an easy place to be (because awareness means that we see things about ourselves that we don’t like to see), but it is the most rewarding place to be. It is characterized by serving others and growing ourselves.

Coaching application: When you are free from your obsession with being a “good” coach, what’s different?
Life application: What qualities naturally start to show up when you let go of your need for others to see you in a certain way? What one step are you willing to take so that more of those qualities show up?
