Why we think 14th Dalai Lama is a Type 7
Humor and playfulness. Despite his pretty serious job, the Dalai Lama is known for his sense of humor and lighthearted approach to life. He often uses humor to communicate profound messages and connect with his audience.
Positive demeanor. The Dalai Lama is known for his optimistic and uplifting messages, encouraging people to focus on compassion, understanding, and the interconnectedness of all beings.
Laughter. The Dalai Lama's hearty and infectious laugh is memorable and contagious. It often has the effect of encouraging those witnessing it to share in the delight and happiness.
Focus on happiness. The Dalai Lama wrote a book called “The Art of Happiness” about how to be happy.
Promoting happiness in meetings with world leaders. When he meets with world leaders, the Dalai Lama often encourages them to prioritize the happiness of their citizens, as he did in his 2015 meeting with President Barack Obama. While it’s normal for any world leader to promote the well being of people, his emphasis on the word happiness makes it particularly 7ish.
