Balancing Action and Learning
Coaching (and life) involves both action and learning. People who overindex to action are missing the opportunity to act from a place of deeper insight and reflection about themselves and the people around them, which is necessary for transformation. People who overindex to learning are also missing the opportunity for transformation, which happens through the medium of action.
