Online Workshop
THE HUMANE FEEDBACK SYSTEM:
Constructive criticism that actually makes shifts
Dates TBD
Whether it’s at home, in social situations, or at work, It is so painful to give feedback because we are afraid that it will make someone feel bad, make us look bad, or fall on deaf ears and amount to a waste of much needed time and energy. Nothing is more draining than giving feedback...except one thing – not giving feedback.
This workshop teaches a 7-step process to giving feedback that offers hope and inspiration to the giver and the recipient by incorporating a few basic human principles, which apply as much to a company as to a personal relationship.
